How can I measure my pet if I don't have a soft measuring tape?Updated 15 days ago

If you have a printer, here's a downloadable measuring tape you can print!

No printer? No problem! 

You just need something flexible: Try using a string, a shoelace, or a few strips of paper taped together. 

For coats : Wrap the string around the dog's ribcage like in the video below and mark or cut where the two ends overlap. Now that you have this length you can measure it with a metal measuring tape, a ruler, a yardstick or something you know the length of, like a standard sheet of paper  (11" tall). 

For collars: Same technique, just measure around the dog's neck instead.
