Thank you so much for supporting us! We want you to love your GoldPaw purchase, so we offer free returns through our Happy Returns Portal. You can easily print a prepaid shipping label at home and drop your package with your choice of carriers. 

• Please initiate your return/exchange within 45 days of your original purchase. 

• Items are eligible for a refund/exchange if they are in re-sellable condition: free of hair and odors, sewn-in tags intact, unworn and unwashed. 

• Refunds to original payment or store credit are initiated when the carrier scans your package.

Refunds are less original shipping charge.

• Refund processing time can be 5-10 days, depending on your credit card company.

• Final sale, altered, custom or embroidered items are not eligible for return.

Please contact us if you have a damaged or defective product that you would like to request a refund on.
