If you’re experiencing issues during checkout, such as payments not processing, don’t worry—these problems are often easy to fix. One of the most effective solutions is clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Here’s how to troubleshoot your checkout process and get back to shopping smoothly.
Clearing Cache and Cookies:
Your browser stores temporary data that can sometimes interfere with checkout. Here’s how to clear it:
Google Chrome:
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Select Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data.
Choose Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox:
Click the menu button (three lines) and select Settings.
Navigate to Privacy & Security.
Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
Select Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content, then click Clear.
Safari (Mac):
Click Safari in the top menu and select Preferences.
Go to the Privacy tab and click Manage Website Data.
Click Remove All.
If clearing your cache and cookies doesn’t help, try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari) or switch to another device.
