Go to https://goldpaw.loopreturns.com/ and enter your Order Number and Billing Zip code. Your order will then show up; go ahead and select the items you'd like to return/exchange.
Next, you'll select the reason for return/exchange. Items can be exchanged for other sizes or colors of that item or similar items. If you would like to exchange for a different type/style of item, please select Return item at the bottom.
You can either return an item for a refund to your original payment method (white 'Get $X' button) or you can utilize the Shop Now feature and receive an additional $5 credit, thus 'exchanging' for a different item (blue 'Shop Now with $X' button). Any remaining balance difference will be collected upon order confirmation.
