There is a defect in the item I received or it is otherwise damaged, what should I do?Updated 8 months ago

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that! We take great care in the quality of manufacturing and material of our products so it is incredibly important to us to know when something is not right.

Please take a photo of the damage or flaw and send it our way, either by email, [email protected] or dm on instagram or Facebook. Whatever is easiest! 

If it is a manufacturing or materials defect, we'll promptly send a replacement.

If it's damage caused by wear or accident, we are happy to work with you on a solution. Reach out to us via email [email protected] or phone 952-405-6347 and we'll get it sorted!
