Here's a quick guide to help you better understand the shipping process, tracking options, and what to do in case of delays.


Understanding the Shipping Process

Goldpaw aims to prepare your order within 2-4 business days after you've placed it. Once we've picked and packaged your items, your package is handed over to one of our trusted shipping partners, either UPS or USPS.


Tracking Your Package

When it comes to tracking your package, we don't have access to any additional information beyond your tracking number. The shipping options you choose determine the estimated delivery time:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: USPS typically takes 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your package to arrive.
  • Priority Mail: USPS usually delivers within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • International: Regrettably, we cannot provide estimated arrival times for international shipments.
  • UPS Ground: 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Dealing with Delays

If you encounter a delay in the delivery of your package, we recommend reaching out to your local post office. They possess the most current information on when you can expect your delivery. International Shipping: Understanding the Risks

Shipping internationally always comes with risks, and we want to be transparent about them. Unfortunately, we can't estimate when your international package will arrive, and we don't have the ability to contact your country's postal services. Goldpaw allows international orders with the understanding that customers accept these inherent risks when shipping from another country.


Lost or Stolen Packages

While we strive to ensure successful deliveries, Goldpaw is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address you provided during your order. If you suspect a delivery issue, we will provide confirmation of the delivery address, date, tracking information, and shipping carrier details for you to investigate.


Package Marked as Delivered

If your package status indicates "delivered," but you haven't received it, we suggest checking with your neighbors or your mail carrier. Often, a simple inquiry with them can resolve the issue.
