Minimums: $200/first order, no minimum for reorders. 

Turnaround: We strive to ship all stock orders within 3 business days. Custom orders ship in 1-2 weeks.

Backorders: We automatically cancel backordered Items, unless specifically directed otherwise. 

Payments: We request your first order to be paid for with a credit card. Net30 terms can be arranged subsequently, please contact us. Late Payments Past due amounts are subject to a 2% late fee.

Warranty: We formally guarantee our products for one year against defects in craftsmanship of materials. Please contact us with any dissatisfaction - we want you to be happy!
